Switch up your look and stand out with this unique, minimalist septum spike. The solid gold is eye catching, light weight and comfortable to wear.
Choose between a 16 gauge (1.3mm) and 18 gauge (1mm). You also can decide if you want a traditional straight spike or stepped spike, which provides a more secure & comfortable fit. You can also select your desired length. The model is wearing a 3.5mm long spike.
