Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

  • For made-to-order items, please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping. For rush orders or custom sizing requests, contact me prior to purchase to confirm availability and timeline.

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to supply chain delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including to the United States, European Union, Australia, and other regions.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    All international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, and other local fees imposed by the destination country.

    • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

    • They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    • We cannot predict the amount of these fees, as they vary by country.

  • Customs Clearance:
    Customs processes may cause delivery delays beyond our original delivery estimate. We are not responsible for such delays.

  • Refused Shipments:
    If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, or for any other reason, we are not responsible for reshipping the order. Refunds will only be issued (less shipping costs and a restocking fee) once the item is returned to us in its original condition.

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped. Some carriers may offer limited tracking for international shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to provide documentation to support your claim.
